Returns

To return items you were not satisfied with, please follow the steps below: 
 
  1. Email help@shoeffle.com to request a return label for the item you wish to return.
  2. Once we email your USPS Return Label, please print it out and tape it to the outside of the USPS box you received your item in.
  3. All returns must contain the completed return form and shoes in their original box.
**Please note, we will only accept items that are received 30 days from the purchase date. Only unworn items in their original boxes will be accepted. All sale items are final.

Once your refund has been processed, we will contact you via email. You will be credited back for the returned item price, minus $12 for the return shipping and handling. For credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Shoeffle.

To avoid return shipping and handling costs, you may return any item purchased online to our Covington, Louisiana location. Any in store returns must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for a different size please email us as soon as possible to ensure we have the correct size. Once we received your return, we will ship out the new item free of charge. However, you will be charged $12 for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
