Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Once we received the return, you will be refunded within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been initiated.  For credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Shoeffle.

**Please note, we will only accept items that are received 15 days from the purchase date. Only unworn items in their original boxes will be accepted. All sale items are final.

To avoid return shipping costs, you may return any item purchased online to our Covington, La location. Any in-store returns must be made within 15 days from the purchase date.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for a different size please email us as soon as possible at help@shoeffle.com to ensure we have the correct size. Once we received your return, we will ship out the new item free of charge.
