Shipping

We offer three forms of shipping methods: 

  1. Standard Shipping. Orders will be processed between 1-2 business days. Once shipped most items will take between 2-3 days to arrive (excluding holidays and Sundays) via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. 
  2. Overnight Shipping. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central time Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and Sundays) via USPS Express Mail or UPS
  3. In store Pickup. Items may be picked up from our Covington location free of any shipping charges. Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed. We will email you once your order has been completed and is ready for pickup. You must provide your I.D. for any items picked up. If someone else is picking up the order, you must write his or her name in the “Special Instructions” section of the Shopping Cart. That person must provide his or her I.D. when picking up your item.

 

Sorry, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. 


As soon as your order is processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to your email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date please contact us at help@shoeffle.com.
